We work primarily through client referrals. Our industry knowledge and expertise has gained us a great reputation for catamaran sales.
The Catamaran market is extremely hot right now. With limited inventory and new buyer interest at an all time high, we are uniquely positioned to make deals happen fast. We have buyers standing by hoping to start living their dreams. With our client base of buyers, sellers and referrals, many of our boats do not even make it to the market!
Michelle is a Florida native, spending most of her life living, working and playing on the water. She has logged over 50,000 NM of offshore sea time to date. Her knowledge spans extensively throughout the entire Caribbean basin with the Virgin Islands and Bahamas as her specialty.
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys flying her Cessna 172 with her husband and "potcake" dogs to Bahamas and camping on the beach. They have been found on occasion to fly over emergency parts to clients in the Islands. She's also an avid scuba diver, kite boarder and snow skier - when she can find the time to get out West. She's an adventure seeker at heart.
Michelle's number one goal as a Yacht Broker is use her extensive Catamaran knowledge and experience to provide the ultimate customer satisfaction. She's consistently a top producer in the industry and has closed on over 200 catamarans to date. She truly enjoys connecting with her clients on a personal and business level.
Patrick's 30+ years' experience in the yachting industry is an invaluable asset to Catamaran Brokerage. In his past role as the Technical Director of Leopard Catamarans, he was involved in developing new catamaran design, overseeing the design and improving on the owner warranty process. He is a 300ton RYA Yachtmaster Offshore licensed Captain and used to teach sailing in South Africa. He makes sailing look easy. He captains our clients boats for survey and sea trials when they simply add him to their insurance policy.
When he's not working, Pat spends his time with his wife, Michelle and their 2 potcake dogs. He is a aviation pilot and flys their Cessna 206 to the Bahamas every chance he gets.
Nicole joined the Catamaran Brokerage team in June 2021. As graduate from FAU with a BA in Business Marketing, she has spent her entire career in various sales and marketing roles. While newer to the catamaran yachting industry, she is no stranger to boats. She was raised in South Florida and spent every free moment on the water. Her childhood memories are at the beach or in the Florida Keys, mostly on a boat. She loves fishing, free diving, scuba diving, snorkeling, lobstering and most every other water activity.
She became a licensed yacht broker in June 2021, and helps close on over 60 catamaran sales each year.
When she's not working, Nicole spends her time with her children and husband. Weekends are spent either on the water in their Scout or at Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments for kids competitions.
Nicole looks forward to building relationships with clients and following their journeys while they fulfill their cruising dreams.
Gwen began her professional yachting career as sailing instructor in the Med and in the Caribbean. She furthered her marine industry experience by working for a major sailboat manufacturer in France followed by a yacht charter company in Saint-Martin.
In 2012, Gwen joined The Moorings as Yacht Broker specialized in ex-charter fleet sailboats and in Leopard catamaran brand.
In 2018, she decided to move with her family from the Leeward to the Windward Islands and spent 2 years in Carriacou in the Grenadines Islands before working at JFA Yachts shipyard in France recognized in the superyacht industry.
With her husband, a professional captain, and their 2 daughters, they love to sail on their boat. They have an extensive knowledge of the whole Caribbean islands and people. They both have great interest in the superyacht catamarans.
As Yacht Broker, Gwen is well known in the industry for her honesty and integrity throughout sale and purchase process. She builds trustworthy relationship, offering unparalleled customer service. She is bilingual English/ French.
